QuickProxy 2009.03.19 Release
The latest version of QuickProxy has now been pushed to the Mozilla servers, and waiting on approval to become a public release. This update (finally) corrects the automatic behaviour of the addon, and has been updated to work on 3.1b3 or below.
Another new addition is the ability to open FireFox’s proxy preferences pane directly through the QuickProxy setup window, allowing users access to proxy settings without having to go through the Mozilla preferences windows.
The preferences section of the addon has also been re-written, and prefrences moved into the extensions.quickproxy branch. This should minimize possible preference problems.
Initial testing of this on the new FireFox has been going well and no issues have been encountered so far, so hopefully the update becomes public soon.
